What are my Delivery, Shipping or Collection Options?

All delivery charges are calculated automatically by the System and are based on your location (you supplied this when you Registered Your Account), as well as the weight of your order.

The System, however, will present you with the costs before you go ahead and Checkout.

Our South African Customers are offered the following Options:

Depending on where you are you can choose if you would like to:

  • “Pick up from Store” (send your own courier/friend/family member, or come in yourself)
  • Use DCB Logistics and have us courier your goodies to your door.

“Pick Up from Store” Option
Once payment has been received, your order will be picked, packed, and sent to our dispatch section ready for collection.

We will notify you via Email that your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this notification from us.

Door-to-Door Delivery Option using DCB Logistics

Our local (South African) customers are charged a FLAT RATE for the first 10kg, thereafter the system adds on a small charge per kg on top of the initial flat rate charge. This means that if your order weighs 500g, 1kg, 3kg, or 10kg, your initial charge is the same. Many of our customers use this opportunity to go "halvies" with family and friends and add more products to their cart to bring the weight closer to 10kg.

Our couriers ask for approx. 2-3 working days for Western Cape orders, and 4-5 working days for National orders (providing you are not too far from a main centre).

Our International Customers are offered the following Options:

  • “Send Your Own Shipping Agent”
  • Use Aramex or DHL and have us ship your goodies to your door.

Our "I will send my own Shipping Agent" Option

Sometimes our customers prefer to send their own Shipping Agents to collect their orders from us so we have made this super-easy for you to do.

How do I know how much Delivery or Shipping will cost ?

What are my Payment Options?

Make INSTANT payments via “instant EFT” (no 2-day delays for funds to clear), “Credit Card”, or “Debit Card”.

If you select this option, you will automatically be transferred to the PAYFAST website where you will be required to first REGISTER on their site. Once funds have successfully cleared, you will receive a confirmation email from PAYFAST, as well as your INVOICE from Caring Candies.

Make a “regular” BANK TRANSFER (there may be a delay for funds to clear).

If you select this option, you will receive an INVOICE from Caring Candies with our banking details.

Please use the Invoice No. as your payment reference ;)

How do I track the status of my Delivery?

Our Local (South African) couriers ask for approx. 2-3 working days for Western Cape orders, and 4-5 working days for National orders (providing you are not too far from a main centre). International Orders will be sent with Aramex or DHL.The timing of orders sent with Aramex or DHL depend on which option you select on Checkout.

Once funds have cleared, we will receive your order, pack it, and send it off with the couriers.
You will receive a confirmation email from us providing you with the courier’s contact details as well as your tracking number.
