Each packet has 5 servings, which make a light, fluffy, high protein, low carb, gluten free banting bread that has your daily serving of collagen in it with no added sugar.

Collagen supports strong & solid bones, lean muscle mass & strength, joint comfort and flexibility, athletic performance, post work-out recovery, reduced risk of injury, nourished hair & nails, skin hydration & anti-ageing.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a greased mug, add 3Tablespoons Bread-in-a-Mug Premix, 2Tablespoons Water, 1 egg, and mix well.
  2. Microwave on high for 2-3 mins. Allow to cool.
  3. Remove bread from mug and cut into 6 slices.
  4. Enjoy with your favourite toppings!

Coconut Flour, Peptan® Hydrolyzed Collagen from pasture raised, grass fed cattle (28%), Sunflower Seeds, Flaxseeds, Baking Powder, Psyllium Husk, Himalayan Salt, Xanthan Gum.
